• 20% deposit required 14 days prior to booked event.
• Balance due on or before event day.
• Payments can be made by cash, cheque made payable to “Visual Energy” or direct deposit to
  the following account:

• Cash or Cheque payments to be given in a labelled envelope.
• Please note direct deposits can take up to 3 business days to show up in our account.
• No food or drink allowed on the blue cheer floor.
• There are 2 VES trestle tables available for use by the client. Can only be used on the grey
  dance floor. A table covering must be used ontop and tables are to be wiped down after use.
• There are 5 fold out chairs available for use. These are located in the entrance of the female
  toilets.
• Kitchen facilities available include: Microwave, Freezer (under microwave), Fridge (Last shelf only.
  Located in athlete corner near the roller door)
• Drinks from fridge can be purchased (money to be placed into black box located on wall).
• Venue to be packed up and cleaned to how it was when client arrived.
• Broom and other cleaning equipment is located next to the hot water service in the female
  toilet.
• Own garbage bags to be used. Large blue bin located outside fire exit door for disposal of
  rubbish.
• Upstairs is strictly out of bounds.
• Children must not climb or play on stairs.
• All equipment within the gym should not be touched or moved and should only be used with the
  direction of the instructor.
• The client will be held responsible for any violation of any of these terms and conditions by
  anyone attending this event.
